Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
Please record an unboxing video showing the complete process of opening the parcel exactly as received from Dwarika Trends.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Broken or damaged products

Missing products
-
Wrong item received
In the cases mentioned above, refunds are not provided. Eligible claims will receive a replacement product only.
Unboxing Video Requirements
An unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims.
Your video must clearly show:

The sealed package as received
-
The complete unboxing process without interruptions
-
The product and the issue being reported
Note: Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.
Initiating a Return Request
To initiate a return request:
1. Share Your Order Details

2. Upload Product Photos
Share at least two clear photographs of the product showing the issue.
3. Submit the Unboxing Video
Attach the complete unboxing video as proof.
4. Email Us
Send all required details to:
Warranty Policy (Size, Fit & Quality Issues)
For size, fit, plating, finishing, or quality-related concerns reported after delivery:

The product must be sent to our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Our team will conduct a Quality Assessment (QA).

Based on the QA results, the product will be repaired or replaced.

The repaired or replacement item will be shipped back to you.
Note: Refunds are not available under warranty claims. Only repair or replacement services are provided.
Processing Time
Please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing after submitting all required documents and information.
Additional Important Notes

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Claims submitted significantly after delivery may not be accepted.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or warranty.

Replacement and exchanged products are non-refundable.

Slight variations in color, finish, stones, plating, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings and shall not be considered defects.
Terms & Conditions for Returns and Warranty

Product(s) can be returned within 48 hours of delivery only if the jewellery piece is clearly shown as missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect in the unboxing video.

Product(s) cannot be returned under any other circumstances.

Refunds are not provided. Eligible claims will receive a replacement product only.

If you face any issue other than broken, missing, or incorrect items, you may raise a request via email and send the product to our warehouse for repair or replacement. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Our team will conduct a Quality Assessment (QA). Based on the assessment, the item will be repaired or replaced.

The repaired or replacement product will be shipped back to you after processing.

Please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing once all required information has been submitted.

Replaced and exchanged products are non-refundable.

If a customer refuses delivery or chooses not to accept the order, any advance or partial payment made shall not be refundable.
Terms & Conditions for Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or shipped.

If an order is cancelled after shipment, any eligible amount will be issued as Store Credit after deducting applicable shipping charges. Only the product value will be credited to the customer's store credit balance.

Products purchased during special promotional events, festive sales, clearance sales, or limited-time offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange unless received damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Individual orders do not include special gift packaging unless specifically mentioned.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, convenience fees, and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
